Module access now working

This is an exciting development for the iCMS.

Modules are now a reality and very easy to add install and write...

Installing will be a 2 step process via the admin section.

1. fill in the name of the module and your menu tag.

2. upload a php file which will contain the code for your new module.

That's it so when you reload you web page viola there is your new running module.

This will be planned for release in version 1.4b of iCMS.
